Dear members and friends of ASAA-NA,
May I say a Happy belated Father’s Day and I wish all of the great fathers to be proud of the safety, comfort, happiness and tranquility they provide to their children.
We, the board, apologize for not sending the agenda item for our 29th general assembly meeting and annual report early. We are working on the agenda and we promise to send you as soon as it is ready. We appreciate your patience and please keep posted for the report as well as the agenda item before the end of the week.
As a reminder, only active members who paid their membership fee before the end of the calendar have voting rights so please pay your membership fee if you want to maintain your voting rights during our general assembly.
Our folks in Dallas have completed their preparation and are eagerly waiting for their guests to arrive safely and enjoy the event. Make sure you have your flight tickets and hotels ready by now and set for the trip.
The program starts on Friday with a welcome dinner at 401 Business Pkwy, Richardson, TX 75081 and followed with a general assembly meeting at Hella Shriner Events Center, 2121 Rowlett Dr, Garland TX 75043 on Saturday morning at 10:00 am Dallas time. The same day on Saturday at the same address beginning at 6:00 pm, dinner and entertainment will follow. Our 29th annual reunion will be wrapped up on Sunday with a picnic at Hella Shriner Events Center in the afternoon from 3:00pm to 9:00pm.
